• Trust goes both ways: We expect users to leave honest reviews and businesses to provide great service. We reserve the right to remove any content that is dishonest or harmful.
• Visibility vs. Endorsement: Local Spotlight businesses pay for better placement, but they still have to earn their reputation through your reviews.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• No Party to Transactions: Any contract, dispute, or transaction is strictly between the User and the Business. Mira Gratia Consulting Ltd. is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. User-Generated Content & Reviews

• Local Spotlight: Paid placements provide increased visibility on the Site. These are advertising placements and do not imply a manual vetting of the business.
• Payments: Subscription fees for a Local Spotlight are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party businesses.
8. Limitation of Liability
