Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
All fees paid for listings, a Local Spotlight, or promotional services on Howdy Alberta are non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you are paying for the opportunity for increased visibility and access to our platform features.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Performance: Dissatisfaction with traffic, leads, or specific business results.
Policy Violations: Removal or suspension of listings due to violations of our Terms of Service or Community Standards.
Early Cancellation: Choosing to remove a listing before the end of the paid billing cycle.

Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges
If a technical error results in a duplicate or incorrect charge, please contact support@howdyalberta.ca within 7 days. Approved corrections will be credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy
Manage at Any Time: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Business Dashboard.
End of Term: Upon cancellation, your Local Spotlight status will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied, but no pro-rated refunds will be given for the remaining days in the cycle.
Price Changes: Howdy Alberta reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
